Why is it useful?
Depending on the louvre model you choose, you may be able to reduce the amount of louvre for your building.
Here’s an example using 3 of our popular rain defence models.
For a given Volumetric Flow Rate of 30m3/s, maximum Pressure Drop of 25Pa, the following Core Area* is required:
- RSV-5700 = 16.36m2
- RS-5900 = 13.73m2
- RS-5605 = 10.08m2
*core area excludes louvre frame
